Isoltech has been amongst the first Italian companies to introduce systems for producing cellular concrete to the market using appropriate machines and foaming agents.

PRELIMINARY TESTS ON RAW MATERIALS
We test raw materials sent by clients, and easily available on the reference market, in our internal laboratory in order to carry out feasibility studies
PERSONALIZED SOLUTIONS
With the previously tested raw materials, we optimize the formula according to the specific requirements of the client and in relation to the applications requested.
ON SITE TRAINING AND LAUNCHING
We train the plant operators at our Isoltech premises. We subsequently assist the client on site for the plant launch, together with our technicians. The presence of Isoltech personnel is fundamental for a successful outcome of the launch and the initial production of cellular concrete.
SPECIFIC PRE/POST SALES CONSULTANCY
We offer pre/post-sales support and a commercial presence at local events and fairs.
CERTIFICATION OF THE PROPERTIES OF CELLULAR CONCRETE
We make our certification available in helping the client to obtain his own.
MINERAL FOAM
LOW DENSITY TECHNOLOGY
Isoltech has created and patented an environmentally low impact building technology capable of substituting much better known,
but less effective, materials and furthermore guaranteeing heightened insulating properties. This technology, the flagship of Isoltech’s knowledge base, allows for the production of mineral foam with densities of between 100 and 200 kg/m3.
The greater insulating properties of these densities, of between λ= 0,045 – 0,065 W/mK, makes it possible to use this economic and ecological material as a valid alternative to the better-known petroleum based insulating materials such as Styrofoam, expanded or extruded polystyrene and other extremely energy consuming substances such as autoclaved silicates, significantly more expensive, or even expanded polyurethane, more insulating but with an extreme impact on eco-sustainability and cost.
INCREMENT TIXO
THE NEW ADDITIVE FOR CELLULAR CONCRETE
Increment Tixo is a specific additive for cellular concrete, the fruit of Isoltech research and experience
- Avoiding the typical dripping after laying the lightweight product (anti-percolating properties)
- Avoiding deterioration of structural products or finishes (such as wood or plasterboard)
- Increasing viscosity in the case of suspended laying (properties of viscosity)
- Accelerated hardening of the block in order to speed up tread-ability (accelerant properties)
- Useful in all cases in which the product should not flow too easily into cavities

the University of Bergamo, the Polytechnic of Turin and the University of Bologna (the oldest university in Europe), thanks to which it has been possible further to increase sector capabilities, indisputably demonstrating the qualities and the heightened features of cellular concrete in the various fields of application with highly technological laboratory tests.

PATENTS AND ECO-COMPATIBLE TECHNOLOGY
Isoltech is careful to safeguard the planet and for years has been highly committed to the identification of innovative technological solutions aimed at re-using industrial waste in the building industry.
The Hi-Tech Isocem S/X technology, recently patented, is based on the concept of using only waste or secondary materials with a silica base: Fly ash (smoke from thermoelectric power stations), silica smoke (from electric furnaces for ferro silicon alloys), ground glass, silica (from solar panel salvage), ash from sugar cane, ash from rice husks. Recently, it has been possible to experiment with the use of “marble powder from marble quarries, such as discards from the cutting process. In this way, a virtuous circle is closed which recycles waste materials, generating an important energy saving both in the production of cellular concrete as well as in thermal insulation.

Isoltech is an ISO 9001 certified company and a member of Green Building Council Italia as well as Conpaviper, which demonstrates its continuous interest in the themes of the reference sector. Our continuous effort in research and development has also been recognized by the Bergamo Chamber of Commerce which, in 2010, honoured us with the Technological Innovation Prize.
