AQFORM
AQForm (previously known as Aquaform Lighting Solutions) is an awarded Polish brand of modern contemporary lighting fixtures with emotional appeal. We have acquired a well-established position in our home market Poland as well as a strong presence in a number of European countries.
We have developed a proper design language able to seduce professionals, lifestyle journalists and consumers alike. AQForm is a part of Delta Light’s international group structure covering more than 120 countries.
The underlying reason for AQForm’s growth and market position, is an uncompromised support for architects, lighting specialist and users.
HISTORY
1992
Establishment of Aquaform. From the very beginning, we specialized in the interior finishing industry: at first the focus was on furniture.
1995
Start of lighting production: it quickly turned out that what have really fascinated us is lighting.
2002- 2015
- 2002 : The first lighting catalogue: 63 pages, 28 products and a few customisable systems.
- 2015 : Things are gaining speed: the first international awards on our account.
2016
Beginning of works on intelligent wireless control system: AQsmart. OLEDRIAN premiere (the first OLED luminaire in Poland).
2017
Joining forces: we become a part of the Delta Light Group.
2018
Time to refresh the image: Aquaform becomes AQForm.
2019
Opening of the AQForm Light Laboratory as well as the Research and Development Center.
2020
2020 brought us an iF award for our Light Laboratory: a space where we test and present our lighting in real conditions
2021
We conduct meetings, trainings and webinars about lighting for over 8,000 people! The year is finished with a prestigious award for our new products.
2022
We are opening the year 2022 with the German Design Award for two of our collections and we are introducing completely new series of products!

We are an award-winning Polish manufacturer of modern lighting solutions.
In our portfolio, you can find refined lighting dedicated to private interiors as well as specialized solutions to commercial spaces. Our luminaires are designed, tested, examined and manufactured in Czernichów near Krakow.
The AQForm team of experts works every day at the 3600m² Research and Development Center. The knowledge and experience of our employees, as well as the extensive machinery park, allow us to maintain high production flexibility.
