We embrace our responsibility – within the company and in shaping a sustainable (energy) future.

The medium-sized business founded over 30 years ago has grown to become an internationally operating technology company. We are aware of the responsibility we have for our employees, and thanks to our long-term company development we can provide a stable working environment and offer the divisions and the respective employees a high degree of personal responsibility.

02-INDEPENDENCE

We are and will remain independent

The Aloys Wobben Stiftung foundation established in 2012 ensures that the lifetime achievement of company founder Dr Aloys Wobben will be preserved. Content and well-qualified employees are essential for long-term success. That is why we make huge investments in training and advanced training, measures to promote a healthy lifestyle and modern workplaces. The successful further development of our high-tech products relies on us working together.

04-TECHNOLOGY LEADERSHIP

We are pioneers in generating and supplying energy from renewables

More than 30 years ago, company founder Dr Aloys Wobben created a unique technology patent in the form of gearless WEC technology. Ever since then, our engineers and specialists have been working continuously to further develop the products and manufacturing processes.

05-QUALITY LEADERSHIP

We are the leader when it comes to quality and supply first-class quality at a good price

We aim to develop and produce the highest-quality wind energy converter on the market. We do not define ourselves primarily in terms of the purchase price, but instead offer turbines with the lowest running costs per unit generated.

TEAM

ENERGY FOR THE WORLD

ENERCON’s independence and the continuity of its business focus were sealed when the Aloys Wobben Stiftung trust was established in autumn 2012. By establishing the trust, both the lifetime achievement of Dr Aloys Wobben – a pioneer in the wind energy sector – and the independence of a technology leader in the wind energy sector will be preserved in the long term.

The company management is also committed to upholding the ENERCON corporate culture. The company management can use its bundled expertise to combine the business requirements with the long-term strategic direction favoured by the company’s founder in the best way possible.
