Marmorin was established in 1985 in Poland. From the very beginning, the casting technology was at the core of our manufacturing strengths.
The company started by producing window sills and coffee tables from cast marble. After a couple of successful years, new emerging needs on the market encouraged us to shift and entirely concentrated on bathroom and kitchen sectors.
Within years, production capabilities grew along with product offering. Washbasins, bathtubs, shower trays and kitchen sinks of various types, sizes and designs have become the cornerstone of our production. It is trusted by many.
Today, Marmorin is a global player on the B2B market of casted goods manufacturing thousands of products each year. We specialize in private-label and ODM/custom design products manufactured with advanced casting technologies and innovative materials. TECHNOLOGY
MINERALICAST®
MINERALICAST® is a material with a long history within our company and a huge list of satisfied Customers all around the world.
Developed 35 years ago and constantly improved over time, MINERALICAST® is one of the most reliable and unique cast material on the market.
The main component of the material is powdered dolomitic marble that consists of 96% calcium magnesium carbonate, which is a natural mineral, known as “dolomite” – CaMg(CO3)2.
The powder is produced by disintegrating and purifying genuine dolomitic marble, which is a metamorphic rock formed by natural transformation (metamorphism) and estimated to be over 500 million years old. During the production process the powdered dolomitic marble is mixed with dedicated resin.
Together they form unique composite material – MINERALICAST®. Its chemical and physical properties allow to manufacture high quality products of almost unlimited shapes and efficient technical and functional features. The external surface of a casted product is covered by one of our exclusive sanitary gelcoat coatings for perfect surface finish and performance. We offer various coatings each dedicated to different product characteristics and designation.
MINERALICAST® STM
MINERALICAST® STM is an entry option in our cast dolomitic marble offer which characterizes itself with a very satisfactory quality-price ratio. Final products are delivered with a flawless high glossy surface available both in pure white or pure black. Additionally, it is possible to apply custom shades of white or other selected colors from RAL color spectrum.
MINERALICAST® DURO
It offers increased resistance to surface abrasion and stronger rebound hardness. Product external surface is also more resistant to chemical agents. Features useful in both domestic and public spaces. Unique chemical and physical properties of MINERALICAST® DURO ensure great reliability in manufacturing complex shapes of products which is an important factor in a large-scale production.
MINERALICAST® MAT
It is a powerful alternative to typical mat solid surface products. Our specially developed gelcoat layer, dedicated for mat “soft-feel” finish, makes products warm and pleasant to the touch – characteristics commonly associated with solid surface. The great benefit of this material solution is the thick gelcoat layer which ensures longevity and renewability of the surface.
MONOCAST®
It is a pure solid surface material that has been produced by Marmorin for over 15 years. It is a uniform and homogenous, ultra-white mass obtained by combining high quality and clean Aluminum Trihydrate (ATH) with carefully selected highly resistant resin.
MONOCAST® is 100% solid all the way through the entire product, non-porous and void-free with exceptional surface finish. Whether, it is a small, medium or large scale production we can provide our Customer with the same high quality product. There are almost no limits in terms of shapes, complexity or sizes for products made of MONOCAST® which makes it perfect solutions for demanding projects.
MONOCAST® GLOSS
It is an interesting offer for any Customer who seeks solid surface products with high glossy finish. During the production process the mold is covered with a layer of white gelcoat which stays on the product external surface. The gel coated product is hand polished until an excellent high glossy finish is achieved.
MONOCAST® GLOSS is a cost-effective soution in compare to typical glossy polished solid surface products where a great deal of sanding and polishing is required. The gel coated layer will ensure a flawless and repairable surface of a finished product.
LIGHTCAST®
MULTICAST® is a unique composite material that combines both extraordinary durability and exceptional lightness. It is based on a special formula of the filler, developed by Marmorin R&D Department, which allows manufacturing products much lighter than cast stone equivalents without sacrificing longevity.
The external surface of the product is covered by a durable gelcoat coating for excellent surface performance available in glossy or matte finish. MULTICAST® has its own dedicated production line and is completely manufactured by Marmorin. The material is especially dedicated to large size washbasins.
MAGRANIT®
It is our unique material solution engineered specially for production of casted kitchen sinks. The material is primary made of pure and natural quartz which makes it very strong and durable. The quartz aggregate is bounded together with dedicated resin.
MAGRANIT® products have uniform void-free structure and are resistant to very high temperatures. Perfect surface finish ensures high level of hygiene and makes it easy to clean. Chemical and physical characteristics of MAGRANIT® allow for casting products of various shapes.
QUALITY
GUARANTIE OF QUALITY
In charge of the quality management is our own company laboratory holding a TÜV Rheinland Poland Certificate.
The laboratory conducts preliminary tests already on the stage of concept development. It manages the choice of raw materials, assists in choosing optimal production technology.
The conducts physical, chemical and mechanical tests on the final products and analyses the compliance with the existing norms, including the UE guidelines.
