Fael Luce is a leading company in supplying innovative and sustainable lighting systems. We study and realize professional lighting systems for big and urban areas, sports facilities, industrial and commercial infrastructures, streets and roadways. Established in 1965, headquartered in Agrate Brianza (Italy),
FAEL Luce experienced a vast development, that allowed it to be present in many markets worldwide, where the export rate reaches 80% of the production.Fael Luce Spa is headquartered close to Milan, where the commercial and administrative offices are located. The plant uses the most modern machinery for the manufacture of the entire product range.
The Company has high production possibilities, and a considerable stock of ready goods. The production process is performed entirely in-house and all finished and semi-finished products are made in Italy.Since 1997, the company is certified UNI EN ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

HISTORY
INTRODUCTION
Founded in 1965 by Mr. Arnaldo Toschi a pragmatic and farsighted engineer with a long-term business vision, since the 90s` Fael LUCE is managed by the Parravicini Family, in the beginning by Eng. Luciano and then by his sons Luciano, Roberto and Morena. Thanks to the Family perseverance, diligence and professionalism,
Fael Luce may now celebrate over a half century of activity.An important goal for this Italian reality that marks a path of great successes, that allowed it to become one of the most important players in worldwide lighting industry.But today lighting is no longer enough: thanks to technological innovation, the luminaires can develop functions and operations that were unthinkable only a few years ago.
For this reason, our systems, built according to the principles of robust design, are increasingly advanced and offer the possibility of connection and integration according to your needs.However they keep the features that have made them so popular: ease of installation, ease of maintenance and durability.

To keep these winning characteristics, the entire production is located in Italy, at the plant based in Agrate, that works fast, with precision and efficiency in the industry 4.0.
Every year, we make important investments in new technologies and automation: from the innovative powder application booths to the automated warehouse where robotic systems supply the batches according to the production plan, our production lines are increasingly interconnected and digitized.
