Zanzar SpA has established itself as an international leader in the sector. The company counts on a modern logistic-industrial pole of about 40.000 square meters, five plants distributed all over Italy with a consolidated mesh number of producers, and more than 3000 customers on an international scale.

Zanzar SpA produces systems insect screens in line with the most advanced technology in the sector.
The company was founded in 1985 and acquires over time a leading role in the market thanks to the constant search for innovative and technological solutions.
The whole business process, from the acquisition of the order to its complete evasion, is managed according to international norms. A young and dynamic team works with professionalism in order to guarantee the complete satisfaction of the customer.

HISTORY
OUR HISTORY
Zanzar SpA finds its origins in the sole proprietorship of Angelo L'Angellotti, who started the production of systems for insect screens second job in 1985. Thanks to his entrepreneurial insights, this activity has become for Angelo L'Angellotti, starting from 1991, the only entrepreneurial interest.
Subsequently, the sole proprietorship company sold the business to Zanzar Srl, which in 2005 became Zanzar Spa. To date, the company, which can count on five factories (Grottaglie (TA)-Taranto-Borgo Virgilio (MN)-Villafranca d'asti (AT)-Cesenatico (FC)).
It is among the major companies in its market segment and reference point for all operators of Sector for seriousness, innovation, efficiency and customer satisfaction. Outlet markets are both national and international.
Its use insect screen in Italy began in the eighties thanks to the intuition of some enlightened entrepreneurs such as Mr. Novellini and Mr. Bonini. Mr. L'Angellotti with the Zanzar has sensed the potential of this niche market and has developed insect screens innovative systems by breaking into the market and developing rapid economic growth.
Subsequently, in 2002, Novellini Spa sold the branch of business for the production of insect screens the company AMB insect screens Srl which was acquired by the In & Out group in 2014 and merged into Zanzar Spa in January 2016.
At the date of preparation of this document IRS Srl is also 52% owned by the holding company: the history of the insect screen In&Out group and in particular the Zanzar Spa.
1985
In the 80s the Italian wire drawing proposed a new concept of aluminum window, defining it commonly "system". Angelo L'angellotti, close to this reality, made his this concept and thought of making the insect screen a system: thus was born the Zanzar Sistem.
FROM 85 TO 92
From 85 to ' 92 the company asserted itself on the regional territory, minting the slogan: "insect screen for every need". In the last decade the targeted choices and the appropriate investments will determine the turning point of the company bringing it to become leader on the international market.
