ERA Group appeared in 1997 in Ryazan, right in the heart of the Russian Central Federal District. Its head office and the main warehouse are also located there. ERA Group has two branch offices with their own warehouse premises in Rostov-on-Don and Kazan cities for better logistics processes.

HISTORY
YEAR 1997
LLC ECOVENT was established In Ryazan. It was one of the first companies in the post-Soviet space engaged in production of ventilation systems.
YEAR 2006
ERA trademark appeared. A rebranding of the company was made: the name “ECOVENT” was changed to “ERA”. The sales geography covered 55 regions of Russia, as well as a number of countries of the former Soviet Union.
YEAR 2012
The company enters the European markets, therefore the logo is translated into Latin. The modernization of the warehouse complex began. A WMS management system was introduced. The sales geography expanded to cover 11 countries.
YEAR 2009
Manufacturing facilities were upgraded, the product quality was improved and the line of colored items was launched. ERA trademark introduced a new product series - Streetline. The company started to cooperate with the Russian DIY-chains.
YEAR 2016
The company launched AURAMAX trademark. DiCiTi trademark launched Design line, featuring colorful, various metal stylized and pattern-decorated items. The company logo was refashioned.
YEAR 2018
The Company made a rebranding: the corporate identity was updated, the name was changed to ERA Group. Striving to constant optimization, ERA Group began to implement the Enterprise Resource Planning system, which is a software package for workforce and cash flow management.
YEAR 2020
There was a rebranding of the company: the corporate identity was updated, the name was changed to ERA Group. ERA Group has started implementing the Enterprise Resource Planning system.
This is a software package that allows you to manage your workforce and cash flows, focused on continuous optimization. The results of the implementation of the national project "Lean Manufacturing" were summed up. In the pilot areas, the productivity increase exceeded 30 %. It was decided to extend the practice of lean manufacturing to all divisions of the production base.
ERA Group participated for the first time in the international Climate World exhibition, as well as in the online exhibitions Big5 Digital Africa and Big5 Digital festival. Thanks to this, we have found new partners in countries such as Chile, Peru, the United Arab Emirates, and Iraq. A new metalworking shop opened with an area ofover 1240 sq. m.
Russian, Turkish and Japanese machines are installed here, which will produce grilles, end platforms, decorative screens and hatches. The development of the metalworking shop and the desire to expand the product range led to the birth of a new brand. Under the ERA PRO brand, metal system components, centrifugal and axial fans, ducted and overhead fans, as well as shaped elements and accessories for working with systems are produced.In 2020, the sales geography was more than 50 countries.

WAREHOUSES IN RYAZAN, KAZAN AND ROSTOV-ON-DON.
The total area of ERA Group warehouses exceeds 12,500 m².
Their work is fully automated by the WMS system. This allows us to collect orders with maximum accuracy and in minimum time.
MODERN PRODUCTION
Modern production The production area exceeds 16,000 m². Products are manufactured using modern domestic and foreign equipment.
More than 50 injection molding machines, presses, extruders, spiral-wound machines, packaging lines and other equipment are in operation.
CCASTING AREA
Injection molding machines are installed here that make plastic products: cases, impellers and front panels of fans, hatch doors, elements of the plastic duct system and much more.
Robotic manipulators are introduced on the site, eliminating damage products when removing from injection molding machines.
METAL WORKSHOP
This site produces metal products: ventilation grilles, radiator screens and others. Here they are painted in the desired color.
