Software solutions since 2001
Since 2001 we have been providing innovative software solutions for wood, glass, stone and composite materials processing.
With headquarters in Bergamo and two branches abroad, respectively in Germany and Spain, we can count on more than 80 internal staff, several external collaborators, as well as consolidated partnerships with the most important manufacturers of numerically controlled CNC machining centres in the world.
Over the years we have specialised in the development of CAD-CAM software for CNC machining centres and vertical software for the design of finished products such as load-bearing structures, stairs and windows in the wood and worktops sector, sculptures and stone products in the stone sector.
Recently we have also developed management solutions able to support our customers in the operational management of the production cycle.

With this in mind, we aim to create reliable, flexible, easy-to-use products for all users. which can be customised to the specific needs of our customers. We can thus summarise our company mission in the desire to solve problems through the use of complete, simple and flexible software solutions.
ORGANIZATION
Our headquarters is located in Bergamo, Italy. We also have two branches with which we follow the local markets, respectively in Germany, in Löhne, and in Spain, near Madrid.In addition, we are organised with a network of local Area Managers and Technicians. Who allow us to be present, in a capillary and punctual manner, in various countries such as China, the United States, Canada, Australia, France, the United Kingdom, Belgium, the Scandinavian peninsula, Poland and Austria.

SERVICES DDX
We can assist you with every need, from installation to after-sales, providing all the support you may need. Each step is taken care of in every detail, from the preliminary analysis to the after-sales service, which we can guarantee over time with dedicated service contracts. Furthermore, thanks to the skills and experience gained over the years, we are also able to solve the requests for special, tailor-made projects aimed at solving complex problems.
INSTALLATION AND TESTING DDX
The service involves the direct intervention of a DDX technician who proceeds autonomously to install the application software at the customer's premises. This creates a direct interaction between technician and customer, thanks to which it will be possible to solve any problems that may arise during setup.
During the testing phase we test the software solutions chosen by the end customer on the machine. In this phase we realize elements previously designed and we show all the functions of the software to make the Client immediately operational.
TRAINING
Our staff offers multilingual training, both in-presence and remote, on all DDX software. Training is offered at an early stage, after the purchase of a license, and throughout the year, thanks to online webinars and on-site training courses. However, we are always available to offer on-demand training, both live and remote, to support all our customers in solving problems and achieving their goals.

Thanks to the skills acquired and the experience gained in twenty years of work in the sector, DDX offers its support for the analysis of special projects and the study of customised solutions on the specific needs of the client. Our staff of Engineers, Mathematicians and Developers allows us to count on heterogeneous but focused resources to study and satisfy even the most complex needs.

The annual service and maintenance subscription is an investment that guarantees qualified training and work continuity. In detail:
- The software warranty is extended for the entire duration of the subscription.
- You can use the telephone assistance service via email and remotely.
- Guaranteed access to video guides to learn how best to use the software.
- You can use the software configuration backup service.
- Guaranteed access to all the live webinars organised during the year and to the webinar archive in the reserved area of the DDX website;The service and maintenance subscription lasts 12 months, is renewable, and allows you to work with products that are always up to date and with the support of a team of specialized technicians.
