We develop and produce plastic profile systems for windows, doors, fitting boxes, facade claddings, equipment and other production areas.
Roplasto was founded in 1955 as a company for the extrusion of special products in construction. The process of strong growth quickly enabled us to become a complete supplier of windows in Germany and throughout Europe.
Roplasto offers, as a dynamic partner in window manufacturing, a comprehensive range of products that fulfill all requirements of modern plastic windows production.
Roplasto enjoys a reputation of providing a continuous investment in research, development, investment and production and that the program is constantly adapted to customers.
All profiles of our product range are manufactured in our plants in Bergisch Gladbach and Borken - 100% Made in Germany.

HISTORY
- 1955-1960 : Production of polyester rolling tape in Köln; In 1960 Founding of : Dyna-Plastic-Werke GmbH.
- 1972: Moving to Bergisch Gladbach «Refrather Weg.
- 1980: 25 year yubilee of the company.
- 1982: Division to Roplasto and Dyna-Plastik Werk
- 1993 : Accomplishing international activity
- 1994: ISP 9001 Certificate.
- 1994: Opening of the sale company and warehouse in the Czech Republic.
- 1995: Starting our own foil department
- 2001: Opening of the sale company and warehouse in Hungary ; Company and warehouse in Romania.
- 2005: 50 year yubilee of the company.
- 2007: ROPLASTO into BESAGROUP integration.
- 2009: ISO 9001 : 2008 Certificate.
- 2010: 55 year yubilee of the company

In accordance with your specifications and desires we extrude your desired profile. Large profiles, as well as small. We take your construction and we built an extrusion tool according to your desires with modern CAD-equipment. Our tool production facility has in its disposal modern computer controlled extrusion machines, which enable us to, multiply and in a short time, fulfill your demands.
CLADDING PROFILES WITH FOIL WITH COMPENSATION
Decorative foils according to your ideas
According to your exact ideas and desires we coat the desired profile. It does not make a difference whether small or large, unilateral or bilateral.
Today, we process foils in 40 different decorative kinds with up-to-date equipment, from wood decorations to modern smooth foil, the ones which absorb and the ones which do not absorb ultra violet rays produced in latest technologies that are already a standard with us.
