Aluprof SA is part of Grupa Kęty SA Capital Group. The company is a leading producer of aluminium systems in Europe, with branches in many European countries and, also, in the US.
With over 70 years of experience and annual sales revenues of around 438 M EUR, Aluprof SA has over 1,300 regular clients. Exports account for 40% of total sales. The company employs more than 2,300 employees.

HISTORY
THE BEGINNING OF THE 1990S
- 1990 : Metalplast-Bielsko is privatised
- 1993 : Entry in the Commercial Register occurs
1996- 2006
- 1996 : Equity ties are formed with Grupa Kęty SA
- 2006 : Grupa Kęty SA acquires 100% of shares in Aluprof
2006- 2007
- 2006 : Metalplast-Bielsko SA and Aluprof Sp. z o.o. merge
- 2007 : Aluprof opens a state-of-the-art commercial and logistics centre in Hungary
2011
The plant in Opole is expanded – Aluprof opens new warehouses and a state-of-the-art powder paint shop
2015
Expansion of Bielsko-Biała’s manufacturing facility and launch of a modern vertical paint shop
2017
Merger with the manufacturing facility "Metalplast-Stolarka" Spółka z o.o. located in Goleszów. After the merger, Aluprof becomes a single-brand company
2019
Aluprof expands its manufacturing facility in Bielsko-Biała and launches a second vertical powder coating line
2019
Aluprof opens Research & Innovation Centre in Ogrodzona

TOMASZ GRELA
President of the Management Board, Chief Executive Officer
In 1997 Mr Grela graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice. In the same year, he started working for Dombud SA in Katowice, a construction company, where he worked until 2001 as a marketing department manager.
JOLANTA KOSIEC
Member of the Management Board, Chief Financial Officer
In 1998 Ms Kosiec received her MSc from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Economics (formerly Academy of Economics) in Katowice. In the same year she started her traineeship in Zakład Metali Lekkich "Kęty" SA and next was employed as a controlling officer (1998-2001).
MAŁGORZATA WOJTASIK
Member of the Management Board, Trade Director
In 1988 Ms Wojtasik graduated from the Faculty of Philology at the University of Silesia in Katowice. She also completed post-graduate studies in management at the University of Silesia. Ms Wojtasik started her professional career at Centrala Handlu Zagranicznego CENTROZAP in Katowice where she worked for 8 years.
