Puertas Bamar is a company specialized in the manufacture and marketing of interior doors and cabinets, technical doors (RF and acoustic), moldings and finger.
From where we are proud to affirm that we perfectly combine craftsmanship and use of a living material such as wood, with the latest technology and serial production.

SUSTAINABILITY
We maintain permanent contact with suppliers, workers and clients, so that by collaborating we achieve the sustainable development of our activity for all.
We have the CHAIN OF CUSTODY ( PEFC + FSC ) certification, which :
- It evaluates the origin, traceability and legality of all forest raw materials with which we carry out our activity and that in order to obtain them, none of the requirements of the ILO have been breached.
- It guarantees that these resources come from forests managed through appropriate practices to promote the improvement and conservation of forest masses.
- It certifies that there has been no illegal cutting or social exploitation.
We establish actions and programs aimed at preventing and improving the sustainability of our environment.
In 2020, we have made a powerful investment in a 778KW photovoltaic plant at our facilities, which quantitatively translates into:
- 1810 solar panels: occupation of 3,800m2.
- Annual transformation of solar energy into electricity: equivalent to 356 Spanish homes.
- Reduction of CO2 emissions into the atmosphere by 384Tn.
- Positive effect on air quality similar to that generated by almost 40,000 trees!
- Replacement of all old luminaires with LEDs.
We implement systems focused on the continuous improvement of our processes and products, seeking the minimum emission of pollutants.
- Reduction of formaldehyde in all our adhesives (glues) and finishing products (finishes), throughout all stages of the production process.
- Incorporation of a new emission-free lacquering technique that guarantees a perfect finish for our doors and a sustainable product that respects nature.
We recycle all the waste generated by the activity
Plastic And Cardboard : 100% plastic and 100% cardboard, it is transferred separately to a waste management company for further treatment and recovery.
Wood Dust, Shredded Mdf And Chipboards : The cutting, sanding and sawing processes generate shredded wood waste that is absorbed by the aspirations of each machine and disposed of in a silo. A large percentage of this waste is used as fuel for the biomass boiler, producing 3,000,000 Kcal, heating warehouses, offices, presses and dryers, and the surplus is diverted to a solid biomass fuel manufacturing plant.
Varnishes And Lacquers : The services of a recycling company are hired for the treatment of 100% of these remains, designated as hazardous waste. The objective of the recycling plants for this type of product is their treatment to extract the solvents from the paints.
