INTRODUCTION

RGB Technology - Polish manufacturer of innovative LED video screens. We offer outdoor LED video screens in wide applications, such as effective visual advertising and a convenient legible method of conveying information (i.e. in trade, services, tourism, sport, offices).

We do not use large and heavy cabinets. The light weight of our equipment enables its installation also in atypical locations (e.g. on a roof). Our LED screens provide front access for easy maintenance, therefore we can install LED screens on the wall without an expensive and heavy steel structure.

PRODUCTION

Production automation (automatic covering of electronic elements, LEDs) results in high quality and repetitiveness of production. We have our own machines and the Product Development Department, which ensures continuous development of the equipment. We have a permanent warehouse with spare parts in stock, which allows us to provide prompt technical service.

RGB TECHNOLOGY COMPANY HISTORY

- July 2004 – the concept of establishing an enterprise manufacturing LED displays, the phase of market research
- May 2005 – the foundation of a civil law partnership named „RGB Technology s.c.”
- December 2007 – the purchase of a 1000m² building in the village of Tymień and beginning the construction works in order to adapt it to the company's activity
- May 2008 – moving the headquarters to the new location in Tymień
- August 2008 – the purchase of the first technological line for the automated assembly of THT LEDs

- January 2009 – the purchase of the first CNC milling plotter
- June 2009 : The purchase of a neighbouring plot and beginning the process of extending the plant to include a new production hall
- September 2009 : The purchase of modern measuring devices for photometry and colorimetry from Konica-Minolta Sensing, a reputable Japanese manufacturer
- October 2009 : Awarded ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 certificates
- May 2010 – RGB Technology 5th anniversary
- September 2011 : The purchase of an automatic thermoforming machine
- October 2011 – 10,000 implementations

- January 2012 : The increase of technological cooperation and obtaining the Certificate of Cooperation from AVAGO Technologies (Hewlett-Packard division), USA - a reputable LED manufacturer and supplier
- September 2012 : The purchase of a climatic chamber to test the operating conditions of displays
- October 2012 : The purchase of a technological line for the automated assembly of SMD LEDs
- November 2012 : The construction of the largest in Poland, 102 m² LED video screen for Tauron SA
- December 2012 : Putting the new production hall into operation – the total area of the buildings amounting to 2000 m² greatly increased the production capa city

- December 2012 : The extension of the machine park by two new CNC milling plotters
- January 2013 : The purchase of an encapsulation robot with a precise head dosing liquid polymers
- May 2013 : Honouring RGB Technology for the expansion of the manufacturing plant with the title "Investment 2013" by the Middle-Pomeranian Council of the Chief Technical Organisation (The Polish Federation of Engineering Associations)
- October 2013 : The transformation of RGB Technology s.c. (civil law partnership) into RGB Technology Sp. z o.o. (private limited company)
- November 2013 : The construction and installation of an innovative curved LED video screen, 112 m² in area, in the centre of Munich

- January 2014 : The construction and installation of the largest LED video screen in Latvia, 51 m² in area, in the centre of Riga
- July 2014 : The increase of the cooperation (obtaining the Certificate of Partnership) with the global leader in the production of LED semiconductor structures - Cree Inc. from the USA
- February 2015 : The purchase of an UV experimental chamber for testing the resistance of devices to adverse weather conditions
- March 2015 : The purchase of a faster technological line for the automated assembly of THT LEDs replacing the existing on
- May 2015 : RGB Technology 10^th anniversary
- July 2015 : 25,000 implementations

- December 2015 : Obtaining the permission to operate in the Special industrial Zone in Koszalin and to purchase the building lot of 1.3ha in the Zone.
- October 2016 : Purchase of a modern servo-electric press brake, significant extension of the mechanical section of the production plant
- March 2017 : Significant acceleration of prototyping as a result of purchasing a professional 3D printer along with specialised software
- September 2017 : Purchase and commissioning of our own powder paint shop along with surface preparation stations
- October 2017 : work on a construction project rewarded with obtaining a building permit for a new plant in Koszalin
- August 2018 : 40,000 implementations

Our own production and storage surface ensures prompt completion of orders. We constantly strive to extend the range of offered products and to modify them in order to raise their utility. We react to changes in the electronic industry, introducing the newest available technologies.
