Jakość Roku” (“Quality of the Year”) is Poland’s biggest pro-quality competition with the goal to identify and reward companies particularly devoted to product quality and high labor standards. We have received this title three times in a row for our flagship product: V90+ premium windows.
In 2011 and 2012 Vetrex was doubly recognized. We were recognized for our entire operations and received the Product category award for V70 Optimal Black window. In 2013, we received the “Jakość Roku 2013” (“2013 Quality of the Year”) award in the “Innovation” category for our patented energy saving sub-sill base.

TECHNOLOGIES
WE ARE CLOSE WITH QUALITY
In the production of our woodwork, we use proven and recognized global technologies provided by companies such as: VEKA, Roto and Press Glass.In addition, we implement our own solutions that allow us to constantly improve the quality of our products.
Vetrex windows and doors are manufactured on state-of-the-art production lines, so we are confident that we offer top quality product to our customers.In our factory, we have fully automatic lines for production of PVC joinery, which include cutting and machining centers for PVC profiles and 4-head welding machines cooperating with milling and cleaning centers.
VPS SYSTEM
In order to ensure top quality, we have based our production management system (Vetrex Production System) on the same model as used by the Toyota Group. Using a fully computerized system, we are able to eliminate any shortcomings of our products before they leave the factory gates.
A-CLASS PROFILE
Vetrex joinery is made exclusively of high-quality VEKA profiles of the highest A-class according to the PN-EN 12608 standard. These profiles allow the production of high-performance joinery with very good functional parameters.The manufacture of A-class profiles requires 10% more PVC than B-class profiles.
EXCELLENT RESISTANCE TO TEMPERATURE CHANGE
A-class profiles expand when temperature rises and contract when it falls. This process creates high stresses, especially around corners, which may result in cracking. Thick walls of all VEKA profiles ensure excellent static properties and strong joining of corners, which helps to prevent any damage.
HIGH DAMAGE RESISTANCE
Thick walls of A-class VIKA profiles make window corner joints stronger, preventing them from dangerous cracking at welds.
EXCELLENT SOUNDPROOFING
Noise dampening properties of A-class VEKA profiles ensure much better acoustic comfort than B or C class profiles.
HIGH STABILITY
VEKA A-class profiles improve the rigidity of frames and sashes, especially in large sizes, preventing them from bending and twisting. Another feature of the profiles is that hardware screws are 20% more resistant to pulling out than in B-class.
