Offsite Solutions are the premier bathroom pod manufacturer in the UK supplying over 10,000 pod units every year to leading main-contractors and developers.
We offer a comprehensive range of high-quality bathroom pods to suit all sectors and budgets, from cost effective GRP composite units, to premium 5* steel framed pods.
Bathroom pod designs can either be selected from the wide variety of popular footprints in our design library or new bespoke designs can be developed to meet individual project requirements.

Offsite Solutions is part of a family-owned group of companies which includes Deanestor one of the UK's leading contract furniture and fit-out specialists to the construction industry. The group has been manufacturing products and supplying the building industry for more than 60 years .
TAYLOR & KILDUFF ACQUISITION
In 2019, we acquired Taylor & Kilduff, a steel fabrication business. The company had a long history of supplying steel base frames to Offsite Solutions, which spans more than 15 years.
It fabricates around 10,000 units a year for all types and variations of our steel-framed bathroom pods, as well as other steel components.
By bringing the manufacture of base frames for steel-framed pods in-house, our customers benefit from complete security of supply. Their team has also leverages significant expertise in steel fabrication.
This is particularly valuable to accelerate the development and prototyping of new products.
Taylor & Kilduff also fabricates steel products such as mezzanine floors and steel staircases for its other customers.

JAMES STEPHENS LLB LLM – MANAGING DIRECTOR
James spent 10 years as a solicitor in London with SJ Berwin and Jones Day, specialising in commercial and corporate law.James won the Nottinghamshire Young Business Person of the year award for 2009; sponsored by KPMG and Nottinghamshire County Council. James is also an Executive Director of Deanestor Plc. and Dentalstyle Limited.
RICHARD TONKINSON BSC HONS (EDIN), ACSI – EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Richard spent 10 years in the City of London with Rothschilds, Williams de Broe and Citigroup/Solomon Smith Barney, latterly Richard was the department head for UK Equity Brokerage at Citigroup.Richard has experience in a wide range of capital markets and has worked on numerous corporate transactions .Richard was Money Week’s stock-picker of the year for 2005 and has written for a variety of financial publications. Richard holds a postgraduate diploma in accounting and is an Executive Director of Deanestor Plc. and Dentalstyle Ltd.
JAKE GODDARD – TECHNICAL SERVICES ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
Jake has over 35 years’ experience in the building and construction industry Jake possess an unrivalled degree of knowledge regarding the design, manufacture, delivery, installation, servicing, maintenance and customer care of bathroom pods and associated products and services.Jake has been closely involved with the supply of pods to all sectors including; Education, Student, Hotel, Key Worker, Healthcare, MoD and all sub-sectors of the Residential market. Jake and has been with Offsite Solutions since 2013 and is responsible for the site-works department including installation, commissioning and after-care.
HUGH PRIOR-PALMER – BSC HONS - OPERATIONS & SYSTEMS ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
After graduating with a business and marketing degree, Hugh joined a management consultancy focussed on; process and productivity improvement, business restructuring, and systems re-engineering. Part of Hugh’s experience has been in production planning and systems, this aspect has been instrumental in providing the company with its current pod manufacturing systems allowing the company to manage complexity and variety with a high degree of accuracy and reliability. Hugh Joined Offsite Solutions in 2006.
WILLIAM TONKINSON BSC HONS (EDIN), - EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
After graduating from the University of Edinburgh, William moved into the financial services industry. Following a period with Rothschilds William took up employment with the group companies and became Managing Director of Dentalstyle Ltd in 2004. Since then the company has become established as the premier manufacturer of dental cabinetry in the UK.William has been instrumental in the development of the product range and client base of both Dentalstyle & Deanestor over the last 10 years and became Managing Director of Deanestor Plc. in 2013.
